In January ,2024 I had the incredible opportunity to do my clinical psychology internship at Anubhav positive psychology clinic under Paromita ma'am. During this enriching experience, I gained invaluable knowledge about various aspects of dealing with stress, anxiety, managing clients, and understanding their mental health problems.I also got the privilege of interacting with other experienced psychologists and educators in a workshop arranged by the clinic . Throughout my internship at Anubhav clinic , I was exposed to a different types of clients, each having unique mental health struggles. This exposure enabled me to witness firsthand how clinical psychology interventions can significantly impact their lives and also people around them. By closely working with these individuals, I developed a deeper understanding of their needs, their psychological state and learned how to make treatment plans to suit their specific situations. Furthermore, the internship allowed me to learn from experienced psychologists who shared their wealth of knowledge and expertise. Their guidance and mentorship not only expanded my theoretical understanding of psychology but also offered practical insights into the challenges and rewards of the profession. Overall, my clinical psychology internship at Anubhav clinic was an incredibly enriching experience.

I did my internship here in December 2023 and it was a very insightful experience. Each of my supervisors were welcoming and knowledgeable. I got to see multiple kinds of patients and felt really happy to have been able to help them and guide them. It was a wonderful time and I value everything that I learnt here. It's a good clinic, would definitely recommend you to try it out.

I did my internship for my master's degree from Anubhav Positive Psychology Clinic. It was a very enriching experience. The environment is very warm and encouraging. One of the best places to do your internship because you will get a lot of practical exposure, a warm environment where all the psychologists will guide you to gain diverse knowledge and experience.Would highly recommend if you want to gain practical knowledge in this field.

I interned here for a short while and learned a lot of new information about clinical psychology and was blown away by the kindness of the staff. Watching the therapies take place was very interesting and I learned a lot about empathy and listening from the psychologists and counselors, as well as how efficiently they helped their patients.
